The Texas Motor Speedway is located in the large city of Fort Worth. Owned by Speedway Motorsports, Inc., the track hosts several NASCAR and racing-related events every year. The track is also available to rent for private events such as corporate functions and parties. To rent the Speedway for private functions, you need to contact the track directly.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Step1
Decide on the parts of the track that you'll want to use for your event. The Speedway has a number of different rooms as well as the track itself.
Step2
Ask about using cars on the track. Pace cars and retired NASCAR vehicles are normally permitted, but the Speedway may allow guests to take their own approved vehicles onto the track.
Step3
Visit the Texas Motor Speedway website to see a calendar of upcoming events. The track has previous commitments, and if you try to rent it during those days, your request will be denied.
Step4
Compose a letter and send it to the track directly or through the email address listed on their website. Your letter should clearly state the day you'll need the track and any alternate days you have available.
Step5
Follow up your letter with a phone call to the sales and rental office. Tell the customer service representative that you want to rent the track.
Step6
Let others in your group know the price the Speedway quoted you for its use. This price will likely be fairly high since the track will need to have a variety of employees on hand to help for the day.
Step7
Book the track by calling the Speedway back and sending in your deposit. Once you pay the rest of the fees, you'll have the track reserved for your private event.
