How to Enter a Gingerbread Competition

4. Give yourself 3 months to complete your gingerbread house. Keep the assembled house in a dry location since moisture will collapse the house. Take time to add details. Add trees and other fragile decorations after you arrive at the competition.
5. Deliver the gingerbread house to the competition within the time frame given. Show up early and watch out for running children who could knock over your creation. Consider transporting the house on a flat bed cart like a hotel dolly. Leave your gingerbread with the appropriate officials and go relax.
