Step 1
Preheat your grill and oil and prepare your grill for direct cooking. No foil is necessary. Lightly sprinkle both sides of your steak with salt and fresh black pepper. Step 2
Form hamburgers into 1/2 inch think patties, 4 inches in diameter. Let the burgers cook for 3 to 4 minutes before flipping. Do not flatten the burgers as you cook or the juices will drip out and the burger will dry.
-
Step 3
Marinate your chicken. Drain it well and place on a preheated grill about 6 to 8 inches from the heat. Brush with marinade often to keep the chicken moist. Grill for about 15 minutes, turn and grill the other side for another 15 minutes.

Step 4
Grilling boneless chicken directly on a preheated oiled grill will prevent sticking. Close grill cover and cook for about 6 to 8 minutes turning your chicken halfway through. Cook chicken long enough so that the inside isn't pink but do not overcook.
-
Step 5
Cut ribs and rub your favorite seasonings or dry rub into each piece. Place the ribs in a shallow baking dish lined with foil and precook for approximately 30 minutes in a 350-degree F oven. Transfer the ribs to your preheated covered grill and grill for about 10 minutes. Remove the ribs and brush both sides with barbecue sauce and continue grilling for

Step 6
Use a hinged wire basket for grilling smaller vegetables. You can slice and grill larger vegetables like eggplant, onions, zucchini and potatoes and place them directly on the grill.
-
Step 7
Wrap seasoned fresh vegetables in foil to create a grill packet and cook for about 25 to 30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender when pricked with fork.
