How to Rig PowerBait to Catch More Trout
For those trout fishermen and women who love to go trout fishing, rig your line with PowerBait and catch more trout. It's true--you will catch more trout and go home happy. This eHow can help.
Instructions

-
1
Slip an egg sinker that weighs ¼ to ½ of an ounce onto the end of your line as you rig PowerBait to catch more trout.
-
2
Tie on a barrel swivel as well, which will act not only to keep the line form twisting but as a weight.
-
-
3
Add size 8 or 10 gang hooks to your line. Pre-tied hooks work well. Bait each of the hook with enough PowerBait to cover the hooks. The end result should look like two huge, appetizing (for the trout) balls of PowerBait. This is a good way to rig PowerBait to catch more trout.
-
4
Cast your PowerBait-laden hooks into the water and allow it to sink, then slowly reel it in. You should keep the line as taut as you can. You shouldn't have long to wait for the trout to gain interest in your delectable, PowerBait-laden hooks.
-
5
Test out your PowerBait-rigged line when it's still dark. As one trout fisherman stated, "For big fish, fish in the dark; the darker the better."

This info sucks... it doesn't tell you about things like what size barrel swivel, or how far your hooks should be from your line, all of this info is super important... -
