How to Interview a Graphic Designer

People who hold graphic design positions are typically artistic. The job requires talent, determination and a lot of commitment.       Request a verbal list of skills from the interviewee that they feel a designer needs to be successful in this market today.

      Think about other pertinent questions to the position such as, what they would still like to accomplish in their career or specifics about their skills and this particular position.
