Do a Frontside 360 Nollie on a skateboard. This freestyle skateboarding trick has also been called a Helipop back when the great Rodney Mullen invented this move. He'd even do a Helipop over a skateboard sitting on the ground. But before you start doing that, make sure you can do a solid Frontside 180 Nollie, then work up to the 360.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Position your feet in a classic nollie placement. Place your back foot a little in front of the back truck (wheel and axle mount) with the foot sideways across the deck. The front foot should be pointing forward at the nose. Start rolling and get up to speed.

  2. Step 2

Twist your upper body to the left to wind up for the spinning jump. Go into the trick by unwinding your torso and spinning while at the same time you pop the board's nose on the cement.

  3. Step 3

Drag the board up with your back foot while you are in rotation. Keep the back foot above the board, right over the back truck. Also keep your body centered above the skateboard the entire time you and the board are spinning in the air.

  4. Step 4

Keep the rear foot still above the back wheels in the spin. When you have rotated around to about 270 degrees, start extending your legs to get your feet back onto the board while you are still in the air.

  5. Step 5

Land on the rear wheels touching the ground first and complete the 360 rotation and end it in style with a pivot of 90 degrees.
