How to Crochet a Skull cap

2. Begin the second round by chaining 1. Do 1 single crochet in the same space as the slip stitch. Chain 3, and do 1 single crochet in the next double crochet. Continue chaining 3 and doing a single crochet in the next double crochet to complete 13 stitches.
