Things You'll Need:
- Muay Thai boxing gloves
- Muay Thai protective gear
-
Step 1
Attack the inside of the upper knee with a roundhouse kick. The shin should make the contact. A few well placed blows should take out your opponent since this part of the leg is vulnerable to attack.
-
Step 2
Use you knees and body punches to attack the lower stomach. This attack can cause your opponent to double over and make the head and neck more susceptible to attack. This is a good move to help you attack other vital points as well.
-
Step 3
Focus on the floating ribs to cause your opponent to shy away from you. You can attack the floating rib with round kicks, knee thrusts or body punches. This is good step to practice in your combination.
-
Step 4
Strike the chin or lower jaw bone, another vital point, with both straight punches and upper cut punches to the face.
-
Step 5
Hit the temples with round punches. This is a good way to get to the head if your opponent's fists are guarding his face. The blows to the temple can knock out your opponent.
