Do you want to turn the goalkeeper on your Football Manager 2007 game into a super athlete who can make any save or even score himself from his own end of the field? It's tricky, but some underground fan sites have created modifier programs that will allow you to alter player data on PC versions of the Football Manager game.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging

Step1
Download a Football Manager modifier program that will enable you to hack into the game and change the settings. You'll want one that is a 2.0 version or better. Install the program onto your computer once it is downloaded.
Step2
Open up the Football Manager 2007 game on your computer. Load up one of your saved games or create a new game. If it's a new game, make sure you have a complete team, especially the goalkeeper you want.
Step3
Open your Football Manager modifier program. Click on the "Load" button--it should be located at the bottom left of the screen. The time it takes to load will depend on how your computer is configured.
Step4
Locate the textbox labeled "Enter name or Uid here." Input your goalkeeper's name in the box. The modifier program should now show your goalkeeper's data and allow you to change it.

Tips & Warnings

  • This method will not work for Football Manager games made for a console like Xbox, unless you are somehow able to load up your Football Manager games on your PC.
  • Remember that downloading any type of modifier or other rogue software program has great risks, especially if you don't know the source very well. There is always the chance that what you download could damage your computer.
