A traditional drink which I've trimmed down to the barest minimum so even non Indian/Asians can make.Black salt/kala namak is a must and of course the cumin This is an amazing drink thats drunk in the Heat and Dust of North Indian summer to slake the thirst and cool off.You can find push carts with an earthen pot selling this drink in Delhi and other places. They are pretty cheap.A few cents! And with more ingredients and spices than I've put.
