How many times do we check the ingredients of store-bought freezer pops and cringe at the amount of sugar, number of dyes and other ingredients we can't pronounce? If you would like to have a quick summer snack for you and your family, make these raspberry-orange freezer pops at home. You won't be disappointed!

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 18 ounces of your favorite brand of low-fat raspberry yogurt
  • 1 can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 can (12 ounces) of evaporated skim milk
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 15 paper cups (3-ounce size)
  • 15 wooden sticks
  • Freezer
  • Blender
Step1
In the blender, place the orange juice concentrate, low-fat yogurt, honey, and evaporated milk.
Step2
Cover. Blend the ingredients on a medium-high speed for roughly 5 or 10 seconds.
Step3
Into the paper cups, divide the mixture evenly.
Step4
Freeze 30 minutes.
Step5
Remove the cups from the freezer and insert one wooden stick into each cup. Put the cups back into the freezer for at least another 7 1/2 hours. They should be firm when they are ready to eat.
Step6
Remove the paper cup prior to eating your raspberry-orange freezer pop.
