How to Make Spray Bottle Air Fresheners
If you're tired of the same old scents of commercial air fresheners or want to go green, you can easily make your own spray bottle air freshener. In doing so, you can also create your own scent, or make several scents and rotate them for a constantly fresh-smelling residence.

Pour 1 cup of distilled water into the spray bottle. Add some drops of essential oils. You can choose your favorite scents or mix and match to experiment. It should be seven to 10 total drops of oil.

Place the lid on the spray bottle and shake well to mix. Let it sit for an hour to properly combine.

Shake the spray bottle and spray the solution on as fine of a mist as you can.

Label the bottle with the exact mixture if it's a scent that you like so you can re-create it.

Tips & Warnings
If you're not sure where to start with the oils, try six drops of bergamot, one drop of eucalyptus and two drops of lemon.
Do not spray in eyes!
Do Not drink!
Make sure not to spray on areas that could be damaged by water!

I have been looking for something like this! I just threw away all of the expensive and chemical laden air freshners that I was using when I realized how bad they were for me and the environment. This is something I cant wait to try. -
