Things You'll Need:
- Pair of nunchucks

Step 1
Hold a weapon in either hand, and grasp the nunchucks toward the bottom center of the handle and allowing the other handle to dangle. Raise your hands to about shoulder level to prepare for the wind up.

Step 2
Bring your hands and the nunchucks behind your head and shoulders with your elbows up. This is the start of the wind up.

Step 3
Complete a single wind up using just one nunchuck by keeping one hand behind your back and bringing the other across your body (maintaining speed while spinning the weapon) and kneeling on one knee.

Step 4
Return to a standing position and strike diagonally across the front of your body, from one shoulder to the opposite hip. Again, complete this with only a single weapon first.

Step 5
Complete the advanced wind up with both nunchucks by starting in the same initial position (both weapons behind your head), spinning both at a constant speed and bringing one across your body as you kneel and the other behind your lower back.

Step 6
Return to a standing position and strike diagonally across the front of you body using both nunchucks instead of one. Hold the two weapons about 6 to 10 inches apart as you strike down from one shoulder to the opposite hip and repeat on the other side. Catch the nunchucks when finished.
