Select the type of gun that you are going to use. Different gauges of shotguns may perform to different standards depending on the shot that you use with them. Twenty-gauge shotguns are the best for beginners because they have little kickback, but 12-gauges are the most widely used shotguns in competitive and recreational skeet shooting.
