How to Draw Comic Strips Online

There are many Web pages that allow you to draw comic strips online. Makebeliefscomix.com is one of the best there is. It is easy to use, has a good selection of cute characters and allows you to print or send your comics to other people.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Go to the Make Beliefs Comix Web site (see Resources below).

  2. Step 2
     

    Click on one of the characters in the characters table. This will bring up the character in the menu window.

  3. Step 3
     

    Chose an emotion. Click the emotion arrows on the menu window.

  4. Step 4
     

    Paste the character into the panel. Click on the picture of the character in the menu window to add the character to the panel.

  5. Step 5
     

    Move the character to where you want her. Click on the move button, then drag the character to the desired position in the comic strip.

  6. Step 6

    Flip the character. Click on the flip button, then click on the character.

  7. Step 7
     

    Resize the character. Click the "Scale" button, click on the character, then drag the slider towards bigger or smaller.

  8. Step 8

    Add other characters. Select another character, choose the desired emotion and paste the character into the panel.

  9. Step 9
     

    Add dialog. Click on the dialog or thought bubble icon, then type whatever text you want.

  10. Step 10
     

    Send the comic strip to a friend. Click on the print/email button, then fill in your name, your email address, your friend's name, and his email address.

  11. Step 11

    Print the comic strip for yourself. Click the print/email button, then click print.
