      Open iTunes, and then select an album in your iTunes browser. If you don't see an album in your browser, click on the "eye" icon in the lower-right-hand corner of your iTunes window.

      Click "File" and "Get info," from the scroll-down menu. Click "Yes" at the warning message that appears and get a window that says "iTunes Information."

      Select the image you want to use, for your album art, from your computer. For instance you can either go to "My Pictures," which is under "Documents" or wherever you have your images stored.

      Drag your selected file into the "iTunes Information" window and then click "Okay" to finish. Create as much customizable album art as you wish and have fun.

      Create customizable album art for films like this. While watching a film on iTunes, find a scene that you like, quickly pause the movie, and then right-click or "CTRL+click" on the video window, and select "Set Poster Frame," and the poster frame becomes the album art for your film.
