Sub-Zero has designed a system for helping frozen and fresh foods keep their flavor and texture longer. This system enables the general public to maintain higher quality standards in their cooking without throwing away as much food due to spoilage. Once you've bought your Sub-Zero refrigerator you're well on your way, but make sure you know how to best use it.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

Go to the Sub-Zero website and find the kind of refrigeration system you have purchased in the menu (see Resources below).

  2. Step 2

Click on the tab for "Specifications & Downloads." Download and print the Quick Reference Guide and the Use and Care Guide. Put them with your other appliance manuals to find them easily when needed. These provide access to instructions and quick answers for any questions you might have.

  3. Step 3

Register the refrigerator under the "For Owners" tab. Sub-Zero sends email updates on each specific product as well as any news related to your refrigerator. Sub-Zero also sends emails to remind you when to service your refrigerator. Make sure Sub-Zero is not on your black list so your emails get sent to your inbox and not your junk mail.

  4. Step 4

Watch the Quick Start video to familiarize yourself with the refrigerator. Then watch the other videos to understand how to deal with the long-term cleaning and care of your appliance.

  5. Step 5

Make any adjustments you want based on the video instructions and fill your refrigerator with fresh foods and your freezer with frozen goodies.
