Vintage office supplies give a completely different impression than newer, everyday office supplies. They often contain great looking graphics, have unusual names and look far more interesting. The only problem you might have is locating those great items for your own desk or office. If you want to find and buy vintage office supplies, check your local thrift stores, estate sales and garage sales and head online.

1. Scour the local newspaper for upcoming estate sales and mark them on your calendar. Office supplies frequently turn up at estate sales and because they're everyday items, they're often fairly cheap.

7. Look online for stores that specialize in vintage collectibles. Their prices may be a little higher, but you'll find something to add to your collection.
