How to Clean Ski Gloves
Ski gloves often get soiled when you're out on the slopes. After a few treks down the mountain, your gloves may have plenty of dirt covering them. Although you don't need to clean your ski gloves every time you go skiing, you should clean them once or twice a season.

Consider the material of the ski gloves. If the gloves have a care tag attached, you should read the directions prior to cleaning the gloves. Use these instructions to protect the integrity of the gloves.

2
Put the ski gloves in the washing machine. You'll want to use the gentle cycle of the washing machine with cold water and a mild detergent to protect the fabric.

Use a leather cleaner for leather ski gloves. You should not put your leather gloves in the washing machine. Purchase the cleaner from Leather Magic (see Resources below). You'll spray the solution on the leather ski gloves and wipe away the soil with a clean cloth. You don't want to submerge leather ski gloves when cleaning them.

Let the ski gloves air dry. You should not put ski gloves in a dryer after washing them. Ski gloves are made from a water resistant material and will dry quickly when left alone.

Tips & Warnings
Care instructions for ski gloves can differ. Some manufacturers may recommend hand washing the gloves instead of placing them in the washing machine.
You may want to rinse your gloves off after each day you spend at the slopes. This can prevent the dirt from staining the fabric.
