Calc is the spreadsheet option for OpenOffice.org. In Calc, only one page style can be applied to all worksheets, but many style formatting options are available. Here are the easiest ways to change from one page style to another.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Step1
Open the "Styles and Formatting" window by pushing F11 on your keyboard, click the "Page Style" button (second button in window), choose either the "Default" or "Report" style if you have not created your own style, right click and then choose either "New" or "Modify" from the drop down. Skip this step if you have a self-created style or background image.
Step2
Create a new style and then choose it from the "Page Style" window, if you haven't already done so or skipped Step 1. You can create a new style in a variety of ways, but the easiest way is to first format an object or cell and open the "Styles and Formatting" window. Select the object and then click the "New Style from Selection" button that looks like a worksheet page with a green plus sign at the top left corner of the page.
Step3
Customize the appearance of a page in its current style to create a new one by opening the "Page Style" window and editing specific options under the "Paper Format," "Margins," "Layout Settings," "Page Number Format," "Table Alignment," "Borders," "Background," "Header" and "Footer" tabs.
Step4
Save your page style by clicking the "Ok" button at the bottom of the window, or choose "Reset" if you want to start over from scratch.
