Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is a condition where the main symptom is incapacitating fatigue that does not improve with sleep or bed rest. Anyone with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome will suffer a severe decline in activity and stamina and possible immune system deficiency. But the disease doesn't need to destroy the health of your immune system.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

Inform your doctor if you develop symptoms such as short-term memory loss or an inability to concentrate, sore throat, tender lymph glands, muscle pain or a strange sort of recurring headache. These are just some of the symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and it's very important to get an early diagnosis and treatment to prevent immune deficiency as a result of this disease.

  2. Step 2

Reduce stress and strengthen your immune system. Our immune systems are our defense against some of the possible triggers of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, which include virus infections and toxins in our environment.

  3. Step 3

Protect your immune system with regular exercise; it strengthens your cardiovascular system, heart and bones--as well as that all important immune system. All you have to do is take a brisk 10-minute walk three times a week.

  4. Step 4

Improve your breathing, blood circulation and calmness level with yoga. The stretches you'll do in yoga will reduce stress and promote restful sleep; both are essential to prevent immune deficiency.

  5. Step 5

Wash your hands often, always before eating and when you come home from an outing. This simple activity will greatly reduce your exposure to bacterial infections and help keep your immune system healthy.
