Using natural ingredients including a variety of fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables, you can make face packs that nourish your skin while enhancing your natural beauty. Face packs help keep skin smooth and soft while removing any impurities and dead skin cells. They also help to improve circulation while balancing, toning and tightening your facial skin.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Small bowl
  • Egg white
  • Whisk
  • Honey
  • Lemon juice or sunflower oil
  • Water
  • Hand towel
Step1
Whisk the white of an egg in a small bowl until it is thick.
Step2
Stir in about 1 tsp. of honey.
Step3
Add the same amount of lemon juice if your skin is normal or oily. If your skin is dry, substitute sunflower oil for the lemon juice.
Step4
Mix everything together in the bowl.
Step5
Use your fingertips to spread the mixture over your face being careful to avoid your lip and eye areas.
Step6
Allow the face pack to stay on your face for approximately 10 to 12 minutes.
Step7
Rinse off using warm water and lightly pat your skin dry.
