How to Do Combination Moves for the Running Man Dance

Perhaps you've seen The Running Man where Arnold Schwarzenegger spends much of the movie running--so inspired that you want to do the Running Man dance combinations. Well, this eHow can help. And, you won't even have to say, "I'll be back" to excel at it.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Start doing the Running Man dance by extending your arms so that they are straight before you, palms facing downward, then curl your fingers into fists.

  2. Step 2

    Lift up your right knee so that it looks as though you might begin marching across the floor.

  3. Step 3

    Place your right foot forward on the floor as you are doing the combination moves for the Running Man dance. Bend your left knee and lean forward a little, giving the impression of forward momentum.

  4. Step 4

    Slide your right foot back so it ends up beside your left foot. Think of how a mime mimes running in place. This is what you'll be doing, but with a heck of a lot more attitude, for you are doing the combination moves for the Running Man dance.

  5. Step 5

    Repeat Step 4 with your left leg.

  6. Step 6

    Add the arm combination moves for the Running Man dance by bringing your arms back as if you are rowing when you slide one foot back and then the other. This will add to the impression of forward momentum.
