Step 1
Choose a good, solid ramp to do a tweaked board stall.
-
Step 2
Push off on your skateboard, getting some forward momentum. Get up to the top of the ramp, then allow your front wheels to continue forward until they actually go past the top of the ramp and to the other side.
-
Step 3
Make sure you keep yourself as centered as you can over your board as you do a tweaked board stall. When you begin to feel as though you can't keep your balance any more, do a manual to bring your front wheels back to the proper side of the ramp.
-
Step 4
Bend your knees as you head back down the ramp and roll away in style. You have just done a tweaked board stall.
-
Step 5
Practice the tweaked board stall over and over. You'll find that it's tempting to put your weight too far forward. Just remember this: If you do that, you could very well tumble forward and fall.
-
Step 6
Do the tweaked board stall only if you feel up to it. If you feel that it's beyond your abilities, work more on the ramp before attempting it. You want to feel pretty secure on the ramp before doing anything so advanced.
