How to Hack Need for Madness

A popular Internet game, Need for Madness, offers players race track adrenaline from a computer screen. But after a while, any game needs a little modification. Below are a few ways to modify or hack Need for Madness.

Instructions

1. Ensure that you have a downloaded copy of Need for Madness on your hard drive by checking your program files folder. This is an Internet-based game and in order to hack, it must be on your computer.

2. Locate Need for Madness file on your computer, double click to open and then click on the "Music" folder. The individual music files will be titled "ZIPO" files.

3. Recognize that the there is different music for each stage or level of the game and these can be swapped around by simply changing the file name. This way, Stage 2 music can become Stage 3 music if you label the file so. Make sure the music files are in the right order for play.

4. Double click on "Stages" folder to open up a list of the different stage files within the game. By opening the text file of each stage, you can rewrite or change commands. You can change track names, lap numbers and car rotation and actions.

5. Realize that there are a lot of small changes you can make to the downloaded version of Need for Madness.

6. Constantly update the game while playing to prevent it from freezing up. Changing commands can be fun but too much can overload the system. Consistent play and editing prevent freezing.

7. Burn a copy of Need for Madness to CD before altering the program. You may find you don't like your changes or forget the original commands. A back-up copy can solve these problems.
