1
Purchase a test creation software program, such as QuizCreator (see Resources) that is capable of creating SCORM quizzes. Read the manufacturer instructions before proceeding.
-
2
Brainstorm questions for your SCORM quiz, keeping your students and the progress you need the test to reflect. Determine what form your quiz will take, such as true/false, multiple choice, short essay, matching or sequence.
-
3
Create the quiz in your test creation software program. Also, QuizCreator comes with an Excel template that allows you to create an Excel-based quiz and import it into the QuizCreator program. Save the quiz.
-
4
Select the LMS (Learning Management System) icon in QuizCreator, select the appropriate SCORM program and publish the quiz as a zip file package.
-
5
Upload the SCORM quiz to LMS, which determines the technical platform for online training management. Take the test yourself to be sure that it works correctly and there are no errors.
-
6
Inform the students taking your Internet course that the quiz is ready. Be sure to provide a deadline and minimum passing score requirement so they know what you expect of them.
