How to Make Fried Bananas

One of the easiest low-cal treats you can make is fried bananas. Not only are they really easy to cook up, they take relatively little time to make. The best part is that you make fried bananas just before your bananas go bad—avoiding wasting food that you paid money for. These steps will show you just how easy it is to make this tasty treat.   • Brown bananas
  • Knife
  • Frying pan
  • ½ oz. olive oi
  • White sugar

Instructions

      Peel and cut the bananas into quarters or the desired size of your choice.

      Heat up the frying pan on medium-high heat and add ½ oz. of olive oil.

      Fry the bananas for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Do not stir the bananas. Instead use the spatula to flip them when they are ready.

      Sprinkle some sugar on the bananas and allow them to cool for at least 2 to 5 minutes before serving. Use as much or as little sugar as you want.
