Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Sliced turkey cold cuts
  • 2 large eggs
  • Omelet pan
  • ½ ounce of olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Small bowl
  • Egg beater
  • Stove
  • Spatula
  1. Step 1

Get the supplies. Most grocery stores will have the supplies you need and an omelet pan.

  2. Step 2

Preheat the pan. Heat the pan on the stove on medium heat for about 3 to 5 minutes before cooking.

  3. Step 3

Dice and fry the turkey. Dice the sliced turkey and fry in a ½ ounce of olive oil, season with salt and pepper as desired. Fry for 3 to 4 minutes, remove from heat and set aside.

  4. Step 4

Crack and beat the eggs. Crack the eggs in a small bowl and add ½ ounce of milk. Beat with the egg beater until they are yellow and consistent.

  5. Step 5

Cook the eggs. Pour the eggs into the omelet pan. Allow them to cook for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

  6. Step 6

Flip the omelet. Slide your spatula underneath the omelet and carefully flip it over to cook the other side. Reduce the heat on the stove to medium-low.

  7. Step 7

Add the turkey and the cheese. Add the turkey and desired amount of shredded cheddar cheese to one-half of the omelet.

  8. Step 8

Fold the omelet. Slip your spatula underneath one side of the omelet and fold it over the turkey and the cheese. Allow to cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes, serve and enjoy.
