Things You'll Need:
- Sml Plastic swimming pool
- water
- dish soap
- hoolahoop
- small/short step stool

Step 1
Put some dish soap in the bottom of the pool and fill the pool with 3 or 4 inches of water.

Step 2
Lay the hoolahoop in the water and then put the step stool in the middle of it.

Step 3
Have child stand on the step stool and keep arms close to their sides.

Step 4
Now grab the hoolahoop swish it lightly in the soapy water. Bring it slowly up and around child. A lrg bubble with come with the hoolahoop as you bring it up. It won't last long but kids love it!

on 6/30/2008 Well its lots of fun. My family usually does it at family reunions. So that the adults can have some time to themselves. It can keep kids entertained for hours. :)
