WASH,CUT mushrooms in pieces and SAUTE them in 4-tablespoon of butter/margarine, ADD flour, salt and paprika and COOK for 5-minutes GRADUALLY STIR in milk and broth and COOK for about 3-minutes.
Step3
MIX together the heavy cream, beaten egg yolks and crab meat and POUR into the mushroom mixture. POUR into a greased casserole dish. COVER the top with breadcrumbs and remaining butter/margarine. BAKE for 10 minutes in VERY HOT OVEN (450 DEGREEES)
Tips & Warnings
I also sauteed onions with this dish right along with the mushrooms, I also added canned veg-all mixed vegetables, serve on top of a mound of cooked rice/noodles
USE EXTREME CAUTION WHILE USING OVENS, ALSO USE EXTREME CAUTION WITH REMOVING CASSEROLE FROM OVEN AS WILL CAUSE BURNS IF SPILLED, USE OVEN MITTENS !!!
