Couscous Salad is very refreshing and healthy specially for people who are planing to start diet.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

    2 cups Couscous

  2. Step 2

    1 cup boiling water

  3. Step 3

    5-6 spring onions with the green leaves

  4. Step 4

    1 red onion

  5. Step 5

    Salt

  6. Step 6

    3/4 cup lemon juice

  7. Step 7

    1/2 cup olive oil

  8. Step 8

    50 gr klementa olive without seeds

  9. Step 9

    100 gr feta cheese

  10. Step 10

    1/3 cup chopped mint leaves

  11. Step 11

    1 handful fresh chopped basil

  12. Step 12

    1 handful chopped fresh parsley

  13. Step 13

    1 yellow paper

  14. Step 14

    1 red paper

  15. Step 15

    1 cucumber

  16. Step 16

    1 tomato

  17. Step 17

    1 small chilli

  18. Step 18

    Put couscous in heat proof bowl and pour boiling water over it, stir it gently with a fork then cover and let it stand 15 minutes.
    When finally couscous is ready we start adding the rest of the ingredients, season it with salt then serve (bona petite)
