You can learn how to transfer your photos from your computer to Shutterfly's Web site by following the easy steps below.

Things You'll Need:

  • Computer with internet access
  • Shutterfly.com account
  1. Step 1

    Log onto the shutterfly.com Web site. Create an account by clicking on "sign up," if you do not have an account. If you already have an account, click "member sign in," by typing in your email address and password.

  2. Step 2

    Click the green tab that is labeled, "add pictures."

  3. Step 3

    Select which album you would like to upload your photos into. You can create a new album by typing a new album name, or select an album that is already available by using the drop down menu.

  4. Step 4

    Click on the button that says "choose pictures." Select the folder or drive that is on your computer where the photos are stored that you want to transfer to shutterfly's website. Continue to select all the pictures that you want uploaded until you have finished. Then select the "start" button.

  5. Step 5

    Wait for the progress of the pictures until they all reach 100 percent.

  6. Step 6

    Choose the view pictures option to see all of your pictures once you are finished. If you still want to transfer more photos, then choose "upload more."

  7. Step 7

    Once you have transfered all of your selected photos, you can share your pictures online, enhance your pictures or order prints . You can store photos at shutterfly's Web site as long as you keep an active account.
