Fry pan
Oil
Step1
Turn the stove to hight heat. Heat up 1 tablespoon of oil in fry pan for 2 min. If you want it to taste even better, put 1 clove of sliced garlic, heat for another minute.
Step2
Put your fish fillet into the fry pan. Let it cook for 3-5 minutes.
Step3
Pour 2 tablespoons of Teriyaki sauce on top of the fish. Flip the fillet to the other side, cook for another 3-5 minutes.
Step4
Pour another tablespoon of Teriyaki sauce on this side, flip again. Cook for another minute.
Step5
Cover the fry pan with the lid. Turn off the heat, and let it sit for 2-3 minutes so the fish can be fully cooked.
Tips & Warnings
You can pretty much use any fish fillet with this recipe, and it almost never failed.
If you like it to be a bit "crunchy on the outside", you can cook each side a bit longer. However, while the fish is getting caramelized, your kitchen/room will also share the caramelized odor, so be sure to turn on your exhausted fans.
Like most of my recipes, there is no salt needed in this dish, since fish and the Teriyaki sauce have already had salt (as sodium). Unless, of course, you like it REALLY salty.
You can replace Teriyaki sauce with regular soy sauce, but with much less amount (I usually dilute it with water, since soy sauce is VERY salty).
