Start standing with your feet together and arms straight out in front of you.
Step2
Bend your knees as you swing your arms behind you, then swing your arms straight up over your head as you flip over.
Step3
Look back for the ground and make sure to push off your hands as they touch the ground. Try to keep your body as straight as possible. Then land on your feet.
