Make The Perfect Pizza
Make The Perfect Pizza

Want to make the most delicious pizza you have ever tasted, and make it from scratch. With just a little time you can have a traditional Italian Pizza that will blow away the Best local Pizzeria's

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 Gram Yeast
  • 1 Quart water
  • at least 5 or 6 cups flour
  • 1&1/2 teaspoon salt
  1. Step 1

This recipe makes a mouth watering pizza that will have people thinking you are a legitimate chef, for real. So first things first you will need the ingredients. About a gram of yeast, a quart of water, at least five or six cups of flour, 1&1/2 Teaspoons of salt and something to mix it all in.

  2. Step 2

Ok start by putting in your 1 gram yeast and your teaspoon and a half or so of salt into your mixing bowl and wait like five or so minutes to let the yeast soften up. Then put in the water and mix that till the water is cloudy with little or no chunks

  3. Step 3
Putting flour on the table will keep you out of a sticky situation

Putting flour on the table will keep you out of a sticky situation

Then add in about 5 cups of flour and just start mixing it (this is when a bread mixing machine would come in handy) if the doe is still too "soupy" as it probably will be with just 5 cups of flour. Just keep putting in about a half cup of flour at a time after that until it starts to thicken up and turn into a big doe ball

  4. Step 4

After that you can weigh them out if you want (13oz of doe will make about a 12in pizza 15-17oz will make about a 14 inch pizza) or you can make them as big or as small as you want. More if you want a thick crust less if you want thin crust...obviously.

  5. Step 5

Throw some flour out on the table and stretch out your doe balls from the center out. roll over the outer edge and pinch back into the doe to make the crust then add sauce of your choice(my home made recipe- www.ehow.com/how_2291557_delicious-pizza-sauce.html ), put on the cheese (I prefer white cheddar) and any toppings you desire.

  6. Step 6

Cook in an oven at 350degrees for about 15 minutes or until its cooked to your preference. If you put it on a pan use a little oil (pam works fine) and remove it from the pan once the crust starts to brown then finish cooking.

Tips & Warnings
  • If your doe is to soupy/ sticky just add flour
  • If your doe is to thick just add water, no big deal
  • Use flour on the table to make it easier to stretch the doe
  • You can let it rise for a fluffier crust
  • the more yeast you put in it the faster/more the doe will rise
