When your being chased in a car by another car, aim and shoot directly at the driver. It's the easiest way to get cops or other people off your tail. Even better than taking out their tires. This also works if you're chasing your target.

Hail a taxi cab with lb, it will pull over for you and it's the easiest and fastest way to get around.

If you need extra health and there are no fast food or vendors around, you can get call 911 for a ambulance (911 then 2) and steal it. You will be awarded health just for entering it. Also you can buy sodas from vending machines and magazine vendors.

If you're close to a pigeon you will start to hear pigeon noises like the cooing and wings flapping.

Cops can "commandeer" vehicles just like Nico, so just because a cop is on foot doesn't mean he cant chase after you. If you see someone chasing you it's probably fib or a cop that commaneered a vehicle.
