Step 1
First exercise you need to focus on is the shoulder press. This exercise will work out the over all shoulders for huge gains. A bar bell, dumb bell or machine will be good enough to maneuver the shoulder press. Do three sets and increase the weight each set.

Step 2
The second exercise should be the lateral bar raise. This exercise should be done with a flat bar. It helps the deltoids become more noticeable and muscular. Start off by finding the right weight and lifting the bar with your hands close to each other. Raise the bar to your chin forming a T like figure. Do this for 3 sets and increase the weight each time.

Step 3
Finally, perform shoulder shrugs for increase size in the peaks of your shoulders. This exercise can be done with dumb bell, bar bell or machine. Focus on breathing in and out during the exercise. Try to do each rep half way and then a full rep. Do three sets and increase weight each time.
