2. Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil or butter and spread over the surface.

3. Place one of the corn flour tortilla over the oil.

Spread about two and a half tablespoons of grated cheese over one half of the tortillas surface. Spread the filling over just half of the tortillas surface

Top the cheese with about two tablespoons of corn.

Now flip the uncovered half of the tortilla over the covered half with the filling being sandwiched in between them

Toast on both sides till crispy and browned.

Use a spatula or cooking tongs to flip the tortilla to the other side.
Tips & Warnings
To Serve: Cut in half to form two pie slice shaped pieces. Serve with a dip of your choice.
