Things You'll Need
- 1/2 cup berries (thawed if frozen)
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt
- Sugar or sugar substitute (to taste)
- Popsicle molds
- Food processor or blender
- Mesh strainer
Instructions
-
-
1
Puree the berries in your blender or food processor.

2
If you don't want seeds in your frozen yogurt pop, pour the berry puree into a mesh strainer to remove most of the seeds. If seeds don't bother you, proceed without straining.

Mix the berry puree and the yogurt together in a bowl.

What a good idea! I have popsicle trays we only had limited success with frozen juice. This sounds a lot better and easier to eat. Thanks!
