Puree the berries in your blender or food processor.

If you don't want seeds in your frozen yogurt popsicle, pour the berry puree into a mush strainer to remove most of the seeds. However, if seeds don't bother you, then don't bother with this step!

Mix the berry puree and the yogurt together.
Step4
Add some sugar to taste if needed. But you may not need sugar at all!
Step5
Pour mixture into Popsicle molds and place in freezer overnight.
Step6
ENJOY!
Tips & Warnings
When removing Popsicles from mold, you may need to run some warm water around the outside of the mold to loosen it up so the popsicle comes out easier.
Get creative and use a fruit flavored yogurt combined with berries for raspberry strawberry frozen yogurt!

What a good idea! I have popsicle trays we only had limited success with frozen juice. This sounds a lot better and easier to eat. Thanks!
