Great tasting, thirst quenching smoothies. A healthy exchange of pop for a family on the go that still tastes great!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 t vanilla
  • 1 c milk
  • 2-3 ice cubes
  1. Step 1

    Pour milk into blender, add half of banana to blender then add vanilla and ice cubes.

  2. Step 2

    Blend until ice is crushed.

  3. Step 3

    Other fruits are welcomed with this recipe. Try 2-3 strawberries or some blueberries etc.

Tips & Warnings
  • Make sure you adjust your amount of ice cubes if you add more fruit!
