Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
- Determination
- Exercise DVD's
- Water
- Daily Menu
- Healthy Food
- Pictures for motivation
Step1
GET THE WORKOUT! The very first and most important thing you need to do is move, move, move! Get to moving. It’s the most effective way to take off the pounds and get your body ready for swimsuit season. Not only do you want to lose weight, you want to tone those problem areas. Right? Right!
Step2
GET THE DVD! Head out to the store and buy two or three exercise DVD’s. They start around just $9.95 each; you can afford a few of them. The more you have the better. This will keep you from getting bored, and also give you routines to focus on different areas, such as arms, butt, thighs, and abs! Woohoo!
Step3
PLAN TO EAT! Make a menu for the day. Plan a healthy breakfast, then a snack, then a good lunch, then another snack, and then a light dinner. Planning what you will eat for the day will help you stick to eating healthy food. Keeping a diary of what you eat will also help you stick to it!
Step4
DRINK WATER! Water is your best friend. Remember that you need to drink at least eight 8oz glasses of H20 a day.
Step5
KEEP VACATION IN MIND! Just remember what you are doing it for. This alone will be an excellent source of motivation. If you need reminders, put up pictures on your refrigerator, on your computer, at your desk at work, in your workout room, and on the mirror in the bathroom. These will keep you motivated for sure!
Step6
THINK SKINNY! Have fun and imagine the pounds coming off. This will help you visualize what you are becoming and make it a reality!

on 5/26/2008 Sure, you can borrow my capitalization idea Priszack. I like reading articles with headings at each point like that. Makes it easier to follow.
