Suddenly attacking in an unexpected direction might be necessary if attacked from multiple directions. Getting into a group fight is a nightmare on the level of being attacked by someone with a weapon. Being able to turn and maneuver quickly is essential when in a group fight.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Martial arts experience recommended
  1. Step 1

    Face away from your target.

  2. Step 2

    Lift your back leg and turn to the side.

  3. Step 3

    Keep pivoting your front foot until you are facing your target. While doing this, stick your hand out in order to push away a target that might be advancing towards you.

  4. Step 4

    Bring your front arm backwards for protection and execute a back straight punch.

  5. Step 5

    Hold your hands in front of you for defense. Prepare quickly for your next action.

Tips & Warnings
  • Strike your target as if you want to punch through the target
  • Make a proper fist when executing the punch
