What you need to know before making Sushi:
Rice: short-grained rice will sticky and consistency, therefore, it is best for making sushi.
Nori: a thin sheet of seaweed.
Wasabi with soy sauce is serving with sushi.
Rolling/bamboo mat: rolling.
Knife: cutting.

Making Sushi Rice:
1. Wash the rice and soak in cold water half an hour, then use the rice cooker to cook.
2. Prepare rice vinegar by heating with salt and sugar until they are dissolved.
3. After rice cooked, wait 10 minutes, and then put the prepared vinegar into the rice and stir it.
4. Place the rice on-ventilated place to cool it.
Step3
Rolling Sushi
Rolling and Cutting the Sushi:
1. Use the plastic wrap cover over the bamboo mat.
2. Take a sheet of Nori and place it down on the bamboo mat.
3. Wetted your hands, grab the cooked rice and spread it on the nori.
4. Leave little space (about one inch) at the edge of the nori, and rub a bit of warm water on it which in order to help the two sides of nori stick together.
5. Flip over the rice side, and line up the ingredients on the middle of the nori.
6. Holding the closest edge of the bamboo mat, roll the sushi away from you.
7. Tighten the roll as you roll.
8. Cover your roll with the bamboo mat and press your hands over it to further wrap the roll.
9. Move your full roll to a cutting board. Slice the roll in the middle of the cutting board. Then, cut it into sixth or eighth, and place on them on a sushi plate.
10. Before eating the sushi, prepare wasabi by stirring it with soy sauce. Finally, you can enjoy your sushi.
