      Dampen you hair and apply the deep conditioning product to it with your fingers. Work through your hair and add a little extra to the ends of your hair.

      Put a shower cap over your hair so that the deep conditioner can fully permeate your hair.

      Leave the deep conditioning treatment in for at least 20 minutes before removing the cap.

      Rinse your hair first with warm water and use cold water for a final rinse.

      Finish by air drying your freshly conditioned hair.

  • Make a homemade deep conditioning treatment (similar to a hair mask) with 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup olive oil and three egg yolks. Mix the ingredients together and apply it to your hair. It is best to use a shower cap on your head to let the treatment fully process. Leave the homemade deep conditioner on your hair for 15 minutes before rinsing it out.
