Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

Try using a product like Febreeze. Test a hidden area of the furniture first to make sure the product doesn't stain.

  2. Step 2

Run a vacuum over the furniture regularly. You may want to use an old vacuum for this because there is a chance the smell will transfer.

  3. Step 3

Fill a spray bottle with vinegar. Mist the furniture and allow the vinegar to dry. Repeat several times if necessary.

  4. Step 4

Remove any cushion covers. Follow the cleaning instructions for machine washing or dry cleaning.

Tips & Warnings
  • Always test a method on a portion of the furniture that is unseen.
