My friend Kim made this for a snack day. It was sinful, and simple. Make this for a snack day, or a party.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 package Brownie Mix (13x9 inch pan size)
  • 4 - 8oz packages Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Hershey Bar
  1. Step 1

PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees. Line baking pan with aluminum foil, hang ends over the side of the pan. Spray well with Pam cooking spray. Prepare brownie mix as package instructs and pour mixture into pan.

BAKE for 15 minutes, or until brownie is shiny and center is almost set.

  2. Step 2

BEAT cream cheese, sugar, vanilla with electric mixer on medium until well blended. Add sour cream, continue to mix. Begin mixer on slow speed and add eggs one at a time until blended.

    POUR mix over brownie.

  3. Step 3

BAKE for 40 minutes. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen brownie. Cool. Refrigerate 4 hours, or overnight. Drizzle with melted chocolate, let chocolate get firm. Lift cheesecake from pan using foil handles.

Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before serving.

Tips & Warnings
  • For even more sinfulness, melt a little peanut butter and pour on top of cheesecake, along with chocolate.
  • Cut into 16 pieces.
  • Don't bother counting the calories.
  • ENJOY
