Premature ejaculation, the worst nightmare for all guys. In this how to, it will teach you tips on how not to premature ejaculate.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Calm down! You have got to calm down before you have sex. I know your eager to get right to it, but you have to relax. If you get too excited for sex, it won't be a long event.

  2. Step 2

    Masturbation can actually be a good way of helping your premature ejaculation. It just depends on how you do it. If your some who like to masturbate real quick and get it over with, it will not help with your premature ejaculation. You have to be smooth and relaxed with your masturbating. This will train the penis to be more acceptable to sensitivity and lets it last longer.

  3. Step 3

    During sex, breath in and out. Don't think about sex the whole time your having sex. Thinking about baseball or something that makes you think about numbers such as stats or players numbers will help. Its all a mind game when you have sex. If you really are attracted to your partner, it takes that much more mind games to control your ejaculation.

  4. Step 4

    If you do need a break during sex, just tell your partner to slow down or stop. If you can, just make sure you keep your penis in to make it feel like nothing has stopped.

on 7/13/2009 Thanks for the read. I suffered from premature ejaculation all my life, and I tried everything to stop it. I tried creams pills, special condoms, none of it helped. It almost ruined my relationship.
