Things You'll Need

  • Martini glasses
  • 3 parts good-quality vodka
  • 1 part apple schnapps
  • 1 part Midori sour
  • Shaker
  • Ice cubes

      Place several ice cubes into a martini shaker.

      Add 1 part good-quality vodka, such as Ketel One, Stolichnaya or Grey Goose.

      Add 1 part apple schnapps and 1 part Midori. You can substitute your favorite citrus liquor in place of Midori, if you please.

      Placing the lid on the shaker, gently shake the liquids around, carefully blending them. Be sure your shaker is icy cold to the touch, as you want your appletinis to be chilled.

      Open the spout on the shaker and gently pour into all of the martini glasses.
