Do you know how to run? Who doesn't? Everybody knows how to run but you need to have a proper breathing while running and a proper legs or thigh position in running. But in exercise, as long as your body is moving that's enough to burn some fats in your body. I am not an expert trainer so what I know is just a simple daily exercises in running or walking.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Step1
You can run around in your neighboring trails. Some trails have stops for certain exercises like push-ups and sit and reach.
Step2
If you are afraid to run alone, you can still do the running inside your home by having exercise machine in your room.
Step3
Know your health condition most especially your blood level before start kicking your feet in the ground.
Step4
Running is not the only way to lose some weight but also walking and simple stretching if you cannot do the running do not worry about it. Do the exercise that can makes your mind happy and you can do it easy.
