Do you know how to run? Who doesn't? Everybody knows how to run but you need to have a proper breathing while running and a proper legs or thigh position in running. But in exercise, as long as your body is moving that's enough to burn some fats in your body. I am not an expert trainer so what I know is just a simple daily exercises in running or walking.
