Things You'll Need
- 2 lbs. chuck roast (2 to 3 inches thick)
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 4 potatoes
- 4 carrots
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F.
Empty the 1/2 of the cream of mushroom soup into a large roasting pan.
Layer the meat and veggies over your soup.
Top the meat and veggies with the rest of the cream of mushroom soup and the dry soup mix.
Cover your pan with foil and bake at 325 degrees F for 4 hours.
